The History

David Lopez was born in May 5th, in Cali, Colombia. At age 14, he traveled with his family to Miami, Florida. He developed his culinary skills working in prestigious South Florida restaurants such as: Brio, Tropical Acres, The Cheesecake Factory, The Grand Lux Cafe and in large hotels such as Fontainebleau and currently working at Boca Raton Resort & Club. David has more than 10 years of experience in American, Italian and International cuisine.

Experience Counts!

At age 19, David completed his academic training in the major sculptor of French gastronomy called "Le cordon bleu college of Culinary Arts" in Miami, Florida. David achieved the best diplomas and skills in each specialty. David Lopez is a very well known Executive Chef's that is recommended in South Florida, because of his taste and creativeness. He also had the honor to work with prestigious well known chef's fro different countries such as France, Italy, American and Chinese. He learned, developed and perfected the techniques of modern cuisine
